Chicken Soup for the Catholic Soul

     Feeling like her?

Have you ever been afraid of a priest who offered to administer the sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick to you, thinking to yourself, "Keep that oil away from me! I'm NOT DYING YET!"

Join Brs. Jude and Luke as they put on the scrubs and latex gloves and explore the Church's understanding of illness and its ministry to the sick, especially in the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.

Enjoy the podcast in all its oily goodness.

CORRECTION: So Br. Luke uses a word, in quite a buffoonish manner right at the beginning of the podcast, that sounds like "pericose". The word he was TRYING to say is "periculose" meaning "seriously" or "gravely." It is the Latin word used in the revised rite coming out of Vatican II.
